Ancient Egypt notes

Job system
Servants- They would help wealthy people with house hold chores and child care.
Farmers- Grew what, barely, lentils, and onions. -The irrigation from the Nile benefited the farmers.
Artisans- They would make statutes and paint scenes of military battles and of the afterlife.
Merchants-they sold items often for bags of grain before coinage was as a economical system.
Scribes-These people were educated and were able to write, they would write down records,write poetry , tell stories, give medical advice, and teach wealthy children. They could write hieroglyphics.
Soldiers- These soldiers would fight with wooden weapons with bronze tips such spears and bow and arrows. there transportation would be chariots.
White kilt class- this class would have priest, physicians, and engineers. They would often wear white kilts.
Pharaoh-King of two lands. The pharaoh would rule both upper and lower Egypt, The pharaoh would rule all of Egypt and would make sure everything was in order. The Pharaoh did this by making rules, laws, by collecting taxes, an by defending Egypt.
There were over 2000 gods and goddesses; they would control the lives of the Egyptians
