Guns, Germs, and Steel part 2

After growth in middle east, China grew crops such as rice. In America corn squash and beans were grown, in Africa sorghum, yams, and millet are grown. These are all nutritious, can be made, and be turned into multiple types of foods, also all the items can make a stock pile. 
All places where food can be stored, started with great civilizations. In New Guinea, people have been using farming techniques such as in the middle east 10,000 years ago. The new guineans eat spider to receive protein because they mostly eat and grow sago trees, taro roots, and bananas. If you had the most productive plants you had the most productive farmers,it all just comes down to geological features.
