Guns, Germs, and Steel part 3
The people in the middle east received a head start from animals in the area. People figured how to make plaster and how to weave. The people may have observed the plaster being made and then they could have done trial and error. There was a kick start from learning how to use fire to make things from bronze, iron, and steel. After the middle east dried out and became uninhabitable people moved east and west along the latitude lines, because of this people were able to keep their way of farming and living in the special climate of the areas.
